Easter Reflection – Karen Salsberry, CSJ

I will not die but live and declare the deeds of our God.    Ps 118:17

Has there ever been a time in your life when you were afraid . . . fearful . . .

fearful of the unknown around you . . . fearful of losing everything. . . ?

The psalmist has seen God’s steadfast love, strength, wonder and awe.

Have we?  Are we looking at the empty tomb and seeing only burial cloths?

. . . Let us see the burial cloths and believe!

Let us look toward  the possibility, the abundance

and to the transformation to which Jesus calls us.

With eyes open, spirit attentive and sleeves rolled up . . .

let us follow this God of LIFE!
